Construction of a Burger King Outlet at Orchard Centre, Didcot. The Orchard Centre based in Didcot, Oxfordshire is the main retail offer in the town and provides a total of 350,000 sq ft of A1 Retail including, Next, Burger King, Boots, M&S and H&M.
McCoy Contractors carried out the internal and external groundworks, along with the modifications to the pre-existing concrete slab for the new Burger King outlet.

The works included internal and external drainage and services for the food outlet including the installation of a raised timber floor to aid with drainage on site. McCoy reinstated the service yards trenches with brushed finished slab to complete.
Benefit:
McCoy intensively coordinated the installation of the new services while working within a live service yard which was operating 24hrs a day, to ensure that all shops had no delays or disruptions with their deliveries.
The six-week contract met all client deadlines and was
completed on time and to budget.
