The St Michael’s Retail and Leisure Park is located in Basingstoke, the total floorspace is 166,000sq ft with parking for 403 cars on site including a number of restaurants.

McCoy Contractors delivered an efficient and safe service for the client on the £2.2 million groundworks package, which was on a labour, plant and material basis. The fluctuating programme remained a challenge over the 10 month period, but McCoy’s agility and team ethos ensured the delivery was a success.
