Design and Construction of the new 90,000ft2 purpose-built Cadent Gas Headquarters within the 200 acre business park, Prospero Ansty.

The facility achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

McCoy Contractors have delivered:

• Extensive Earthworks
• 21,000m2 ground modification and lime stabilisation, providing 30% CVR
• Groundworks
• 1000m3 concrete pour for the facility’s basement gym
• External Landscaping

The project has been undertaken on a 70 week construction programme.
