Luke Wood, Apprentice Civil Engineer has been awarded the McCoy Recognition Award for the last quarter. Having entered into the trade as a ground worker, he has approached his new role in engineering with bags of drive and determination, grasping every opportunity with both hands.

The McCoy Recognition Award aims to reward and highlight staff that are going above and beyond what is expected. It is awarded every quarter, along with a bonus of £250 and a certificate.
