​McCoy kicked off the first award with Tom Blythman who is working on site in Bedford on a £39 million regional distribution hub. Tom was chosen for his attitude to work and his ability to get stuck into anything he is asked to do.

McCoy hopes the award will inspire and motivated all members of the team and help to raise productivity, safe practices and generally keep everyone feeling valued in their workplace.
