We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed as the Groundworks contractor, to deliver YASA's new UK HQ at The Ranges, the new name for Bicester Motion's innovation quarter, alongside Kier Construction, who are main construction partner.

YASA, a spin-out from the University of Oxford and wholly owned by the Mercedes-Benz Group AG, is pioneering new electric drive technology.️ Kier has been appointed to construct Bicester Motion's next phase of development to create the new HQ, which is a substantial bespoke development that will total 90,000 sq ft (8,361 sq m).

Practical completion is targeted for summer 2025.
