Construction of a new double-storey distribution hub and head office facility for Pets at Home in Stafford.

Construction of two double-storey hub offices of 5,600 sq ft, a recycling store, tote store and a detached gatehouse, along with nature walks and safe dog walking areas for colleagues and local residents.

McCoy Contractors have delivered:

• 100,000m2 of ground stabilisation
• Cut of 115,100m3
• Fill of 75,700m3
• Material Modification to achieve 30% CBR
• Capping of 107,164m2

The building is being built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards. The project was delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget.
