Construction of a new state-of-the-art head office facility, which will house the manufacturing facility and testing wind tunnel for the Aston Martin Formula One team.

McCoy Contractors have delivered the earthworks package for the scheme. The project consists the following:

• Building Footprint
• Service Yard
• Permanent and Temporary Access Roads
• Ponds and swails

Three buildings, across 400,000ft2 will house the team’s design, manufacturing and marketing resource, brand-new wind tunnel and logistics centre.

The project was delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget.
